This week, looks like we’ve got a historical take the masks of Sabres netminders. So hey, let’s take a look at some of them, copyright infringement ahoy!
I think the “nominees” themselves aren’t the best of the pack, butttttttttt, I really doubt there are all that many up close pictures of Gerry Desjardins or Tom Draper’s old cage. That link opens up a pretty spiffy gallery of ‘tenders from the past. If you don’t get cised over some of those pics, you’re have no pulse.
My pick for best in show? How can you not pick Gary Bromley’s slasher as your favorite? Look at that thing! It is the epitome of bad ass. And if there’s anything we Sabres fans know, it’s bad ass. [rolls eyes]
