Fantasy Week In Review: 11/15 – 11/22
November 23rd, 2009 | by Vance |As horrid as the Sabres putrid 0-2-1 week was, there’s always a silver lining. Right? Well, um, maybe not this week. Here’s your performances over the past week for the recommendations in last week’s Fantasy Focus.
Tim Connolly – 0 G, 2 A, -5
Thomas Vanek – 1 G, 2 A, -6
Derek Roy – 0 G, 2 A, -2, 6 PIMs
Jason Pominville – 1 G, 1 A, -2
Tyler Myers – 0 G, 0 A, -2
Craig Rivet – 0 G, 1 A, – 3, 4 PIMs
Ryan Miller – 0-1-1, .857 Save %, 3.48 GAA
It was as ugly as you’d thought it would be. Undoubtedly, your best Sabres of the week were Pat Kaleta and Paul Gaustad, who even though being outscored 13-6, managed to skate out of those games a +1 and even, respectively, while each potting 1 goal.
I’ll have a look at this weeks games soon, including trips to Washington (I will be in attendance at the Verizon Center), then another back to back at Philadelphia, then thank God, Carolina at home.
